Samvedna Means Learning With Sensitivity
Samvedna Spiritual School is built around a simple idea: meaningful inner work needs more than information. It needs presence, trust, time, responsible guidance and an environment where a person can listen to themselves more clearly.
Our intention is to create that environment in Rishikesh — a place where learning is experiential, where personal practice is respected, and where professional education remains connected to self-awareness and responsibility.

For our Rebirthing Breathwork training, Samvedna brings the professional teaching of Heike Strombach together with the ongoing work of Arti Saxena in Rishikesh. The aim is not to make exaggerated promises, but to offer a clear, immersive and carefully held learning experience.
Participants know what they are joining, what is included, who is teaching, how the training is structured and how learning continues after the residential program.
